As of this writing, they include a tool to automatically\npull data from REDCap and run the NACCulator filters, automatically \ndownloading the list of subjects and their status found on the NACC website,\nautomatically taking the output of NACCulator and trying to upload it,\nand finally parsing a NACC report and sending an email. \n\n## Getting Started\nThis project is not really meant to be used as a library just yet,\nit mostly functions as a set of scripts or runnable containers. Currently,\nthere is no setup.py to just install it. \nTo get started:\n`git clone https://github.com/ctsit/nacculator_utils.git`\n\n## Prerequisites\nThese tools were built and tested using:\n  * python2\n  * Docker CE 18.03.1-ce-mac65 (24312)\nPlease look at the requirements.txt file included for additional requirements.\nAlso, consider if you need to create a virtual environment for your setup.\nThe following commands are assuming you are in the top level directory and \nthat virtualenv is installed.\n\n`virtualenv venv -p=python2.7`\n\n`source venv bin activate`\n\n`pip install -r requirements.txt`\n\n## Installing\nThere are seperate README files for the different parts of this project with more specific details.\n\n## Versioning\nWe use SemVer for versioning.
