The [data visualization module](https://github.com/cxli233/Quick_data_vis/) now has its own repository! \n\n# Content\nThis repository has 14 activities: \n\n0) Very basics of R coding  \n1) Data wrangling with dplyr and tidyr \n2) Formatting ggplots – faceting, scales, guides, and themes \n3) Design custom palette in R \n4) One-way ANOVA and the compact letter display \n5) What to do when ANOVA assumption fails \n6) Randomized block design ANOVA \n7) Multifactorial deign ANOVA and interactions \n8) Repeated measures ANOVA\n9) Split field and nested experimental design\n10) Correlation and linear regression\n11) Polynomial curve fitting \n12) Logistic regression  \n13) Proportions, contingency tables and enrichment \n\nThe first three units focus on how to tidy data and make pretty plots.   \nUnits 4 - 9 focus on ANOVA and Tukey tests.   \nUnits 10 - 12 focus on regression. \n\nFormal math is kept to minimum. The series focus on basic concepts, interpretation and execution in R.   \nEach unit builds upon the previous.
