It creates an element set to manage administrative\nstatus of records (transcription, translation, notes, etc.) and adds a view to\nfollow evolution of items. Element and terms can be added and modified at any\ntime.\n\n\nNotes\n-----\n\n* Add, modify and remove elements\n\n - To manage elements, go to Settings \u003e Element Sets \u003e Monitor \u003e Edit.\n - Once inserted, the name and the description can't be changed via the\n interface like fields of other element sets. The comment and the other options\n can be updated at any time.\n - To remove an element, a security is added: a checkbox in the config page of\n the plugin should be checked before.\n\n* Export of stats\n\n Stats can be filtered and exported via the main page of the plugin. Supported\n formats are:\n\n - CSV, with values separated by a tabulation.\n - [OpenDocument Spreadsheet] or \"ods\", the normalized format for\n spreadsheets, that can be open by any free spreadsheets like [LibreOffice],\n or not free ones. This format requires that Zip to be installed on the server\n (generally by default).\n - [Flat OpenDocument Spreadsheet] or \"fods\", another standard format that can\n be opened by any free spreadsheets or by any text editor (this is a simple xml\n file). Note: With old releases of [LibreOffice] for Windows, a little free\n [filter] may need to be installed.\n\n\nInstallation\n------------\n\nInstall the required plugins [HistoryLog], version 2.8 or higher, and [SimpleVocab].\nIf the last improvements on History Log are not yet committed, the [fork of History Log]\nshould be used.\n\nInstall the optional plugin [Hide Elements] in order to hide some fields to\nthe public or selected groups of users. The [fork of Hide Elements] can be used\ntoo, because it allows more precise rules.\n\nUncompress files and rename plugin folder \"CuratorMonitor\".\n\nThen install it like any other Omeka plugin.\n\n\nWarning\n-------\n\nUse it at your own risk.\n\nIt’s always recommended to backup your files and your databases and to check\nyour archives regularly so you can roll back if needed.\n\n\nTroubleshooting\n---------------\n\nSee online issues on the [plugin issues] page on GitHub.\n\n\nLicense\n-------\n\nThis plugin is published under the [CeCILL v2.1] licence, compatible with\n[GNU/GPL] and approved by [FSF] and [OSI].\n\nIn consideration of access to the source code and the rights to copy, modify and\nredistribute granted by the license, users are provided only with a limited\nwarranty and the software's author, the holder of the economic rights, and the\nsuccessive licensors only have limited liability.\n\nIn this respect, the risks associated with loading, using, modifying and/or\ndeveloping or reproducing the software by the user are brought to the user's\nattention, given its Free Software status, which may make it complicated to use,\nwith the result that its use is reserved for developers and experienced\nprofessionals having in-depth computer knowledge.
