structural variants.\n\n\n## Installation\n\n**genomic_structures** is written in Rust, so you'll need to grab a [Rust installation](https://rustup.rs/) in order to compile it.\n\nTo build **genomic_structures** :\n\n```\ngit clone https://github.com/DanielRivasMD/genomic_structures\ncd genomic_structures\ncargo build --release\n```\n\nTo integrate **genomic_structures** library into
