Getting Started\n\nSimply install p3bamboo using `pip`:\n\n```bash\npython -m pip install p3bamboo\n```\n\nLoading a BAM file is very simple:\n\n```python\nfrom p3bamboo.BamFile import BamFile\n\nbam = BamFile()\n\nwith open('myModel.bam', 'rb') as f:\n    bam.load(f)\n```\n\nWriting out a BAM file is also easy:\n\n```python\nwith open('newModel.bam', 'wb') as f:\n    bam.write(f)\n```\n\nTo automatically deserialize BAM objects, you must register your own custom BAM object types.
