Developers use DC/OS UI to manage, deploy and debug their\napplications. E.g. to enable plugins.\nnpm run util:scaffold\n\n# start the development server against an existing cluster\nCLUSTER_URL=\u003cMY-CLUSTER\u003e npm start\n```\n\n### Using Docker\n\nIf you prefer to use docker, you might want to try docker-compose:\n\n```sh\ndocker-compose up -d\ndocker-compose exec toolchain /bin/bash # This opens bash inside of the docker container\nCLUSTER=URL=\u003cMY-CLUSTEr\u003e npm start\n```\n\n## Releasing\n\nTo create a bump PR against DCOS, you can run `./script/ci/dcos-bump`.\nYou'll need some credentials that you can get from the `ux-guild`.\nOnce the bump-PR is up, please ensure that all addressed issues are mentioned in\nthe PRs description. Afterwards comment on the PR:\n`@mesosphere-mergebot backport 2.1 2.0 1.13`. Please have a look at all\n`Changes.md`s and update those if needed.
