There is no discrimination, \nregardless of age, size, gender,socio-economic status, nationality,\nrace, religion. We will foster positive and fair nature to each and \neveryone.\n\n\n## Our Standards\n\n### Expected behaviours\n\n* Being respectful to each and everyone.\n* Giving everyone chance to improve.\n* Giving and recieving constructive feedback.\n* Work co-operatively with others to achieve objectives.\n* Being kind while speaking with others.\n* Focusing on the mission of the community.\n\n### Unacceptable behaviours\n\n* Discrimination on basis of status(junior-senior).\n* Offensive comments/jokes or body language.\n* Usage of malicious/vulgar/sexualized language.\n* Aggresive behaviour. \n* Persistent demands and impossible targets.\n* Bullying and harassment.\n\n\n## Our Responsibilities\n\nAs the maintainers of our society, we are responsible for the smooth \nfunctioning of the society. We are expected to take appropriate \ndecision based on any unacceptable behaviour.
