It integrates:\n\n- **Agent hierarchies** - Structured coordination of multiple specialized agents\n- **Memory management** - Persistent and contextual memory systems for agents  \n- **Cognitive processing** - Advanced reasoning and knowledge transformation\n- **Interactive shell** - Command-line interface for direct agent interaction\n\n## Integration Plan\n\nThis repository consolidates functionality from several previously independent projects:\n\n1. **agent-towers** - Hierarchical agent management and coordination\n2. **remembrance-agent** - Persistent memory and knowledge retrieval system\n3. **CortexIntelligence** - Core intelligence and reasoning capabilities\n4. **mindflow** (multiple implementations) - Cognitive workflow processing\n5. **mindflow-shell** - Interactive command-line interface\n\nThese components are currently included as git submodules in the `.duplicate` directory for reference during integration.\n\n## Development Roadmap\n\n- **Phase 1**: Core architecture and API definition\n- **Phase 2**: Memory system integration and persistence layer\n- **Phase 3**: Cognitive processing pipeline implementation\n- **Phase 4**: Interactive shell and user interface development\n- **Phase 5**: Comprehensive testing and documentation\n\n## Getting Started\n\n*Coming soon*\n\n## Contributing\n\nThis project is currently in early development.
