This Fitbit / Apple Watch / Garmin smartwatch app allows clinical research participants to keep a sleep diary on their watch, with the data being securely transferred to a staging cloud storage service, and then to an Oracle PL/SQL database that sits behind a firewall.\n\n\n## Documentation\n[MiNap Documentation - Eisenberg Family Depression Center Knowledge Base](https://teamdynamix.umich.edu/TDClient/210/DepressionCenter/KB/?CategoryID=885)\n\n\n## Repo Structure\nThe branches in this repository include:\n* [**dbsync**](https://github.com/DepressionCenter/MiNap/tree/dbsync) - dedicated to syncing data between local and Michigan Medicine servers.\n* [**mobile**](https://github.com/DepressionCenter/MiNap/tree/mobile) - dedicated to the companion mobile application developed in React Native.\n* [**new-frontend**](https://github.com/DepressionCenter/MiNap/tree/new-frontend) - dedicated to the smartwatch participant application.\n\n\n\n## About the Team\nThe App has been developed by a cohort team of 4 members from the [ITS 2023 internship](https://its.umich.edu/internship/cohorts).\n[Anika](https://www.linkedin.com/in/anikaraisa/) is a graduate student in the Data Science program at the University of Michigan and is passionate about full-stack application development, project management, and data engineering.\nQuishi is a graduate student at the Michigan School of Information and is enthusiastic about Data Analytics.\nMax is a rising Junior at the University of Michigan majoring in Computer Science and Data Science and is passionate about full-stack development and robotics.\n[Raphael](https://jeonghin.com/) is a graduate student in the Master of Science in Information program at the University of Michigan School of Information.
