Visual Studio Code ကိုဖွင့် ကို့Project folder ကို open လုပ်\n4. Tool bar မှာရှိတဲ့ Terminal ကို ဖွင့် လိုအပ်တဲ့ library တွေအရင် install လုပ် (ဥပမာ pip install python-telegram-bot ) လိုမျိုးမပါမဖစ် library\n5. main.py ဆိုပြီး ဖိုင်လေးဆောက် copy ယူလာတဲ့ code ကိုထဲ့\n6.
