Master\r\nTo start a Spark master:\r\n\r\n    docker run --name spark-master -h spark-master -d bde2020/spark-master:3.3.0-hadoop3.3\r\n\r\n### Spark Worker\r\nTo start a Spark worker:\r\n\r\n    docker run --name spark-worker-1 --link spark-master:spark-master -d bde2020/spark-worker:3.3.0-hadoop3.3\r\n\r\n## Launch a Spark application\r\nBuilding and running your Spark application on top of the Spark cluster is as simple as extending a template Docker image. Check the template's README for further documentation.\r\n* [Maven template](template/maven)\r\n* [Python template](template/python)\r\n* [Sbt template](template/sbt)\r\n\r\n## Kubernetes deployment\r\nThe BDE Spark images can also be used in a Kubernetes enviroment.\r\n\r\nTo deploy a simple Spark standalone cluster issue\r\n\r\n`kubectl apply -f https://raw.githubusercontent.com/big-data-europe/docker-spark/master/k8s-spark-cluster.yaml`\r\n\r\nThis will setup a Spark standalone cluster with one master and a worker on every available node using the default namespace and resources.
