This is needed when using a video projector and a back-projection screen to adjust the distance to the screen.\n\nSanded or somehow else mattefied acrylic glass sheet can act\nas the back-projection screen.\n\n\n## DIY manufacturing\n\nThe arena is mostly 3D printable and requires only a minimal\nset of additional parts. You will need\n\n- Any FDM 3D printer\n- About 1 kg of PET-G, PLA or other filament\n\nTested with 0.2 mm layer height, 0.4 mm nozzle and slicer\ndefault settings. Parts do not require supports.\nBrims or rafts can be used if needed for good bed adhesion.\n\nRequired, non-printable parts\n\n- Many M3 hex-socket screws, length 8 mm\n- 3x 95 x 95 x 2 mm acrylic glass\n\nScrew holes have tight tolerances so that the M3 screws\nessentially drill in.\n\nYet unfixed components\n\n- USB camera for video capture (fly tracking)\n- Light sources for illumination and optogenetic activation\n- A digital video projector for displaying images to the flies\n\n\n## About\n\nOriginal vision, set of requirements, feedback and testing by\n[Alice D.
