ability to recompute data analytic results given an observed dataset and knowledge of the data analysis pipeline\" ([Leek \u0026 Peng 2015](https://www.pnas.org/content/112/6/1645.short))\n\n\n## How can we get there?\n\nQuoting (Leek \u0026 Peng 2015):\n\n* \"the raw data from the experiment are available\"\n* \"the statistical code and documentation to reproduce the analysis are available\"\n* \"correct data analysis must be performed\"\n\nToday, we will focus on the second point and explore tools which can help others to understand and reproduce your data analysis.\n\nNote that *others*
