Notes/TODO\n\n* Unsigned integers serialize to the 'next biggest' type (except u64,\n  which becomes i64), since Java doesn't really support unsigned.\n* TODO: convert to/from BigInt where necessary.\n* If you want to serialize a `Vec\u003cu8\u003e`, you should annotate or wrap\n  the field with [serde_bytes](https://crates.io/crates/serde_bytes),\n  or you will end up with a vector of
