You can\nthen save these new files and upload them wherever you\u0026rsquo;d like.\n\n\n## Is EXIF without merit?\nThat\u0026rsquo;s certainly not the implication of this project. Metadata adds\nanother dimension to photos and is valuable for preserving context.\nThis project aims to educate and give users a choice in the matter of sharing\nit with specific services (and the web at large).\n\n\n## Doesn\u0026rsquo;t Facebook (etc.) remove EXIF data before displaying photos?\nYes.
