Using the International Phonetic Alphabet, or IPA, these rules can be codified and expressed algorithmically, as this program does.\n\n\nAdditionally, the transcriber provides IPA transcriptions from Wiktionary using the [Java Wiktionary API](https://dkpro.github.io/dkpro-jwktl/).
