Chinese\n======\n![OSFCC](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/DrXie/OSFCC/master/osfcc.png)\n一个收集可用于**中文字体排印**的**开源字体**集合。\n\n\n项目缘由\n-------------------\n\n此前有人向我咨询，可否指出一些中文的**开源**的字体，故萌发了**中文开源字体集合 Open Source Fonts Collection for Chinese**的想法。\n\n我在[Telegram频道](https://t.me/fatetypo)中推送关于Linux的消息，订阅者表示并不出奇，因为他们大都来自[哔哩哔哩弹幕网](https://space.bilibili.com/3030024/#!/)，最初关注我也是缘于Linux，此前也撰有[一款考究字体的 Gtk+ 主题——Adapta-gtk-theme](https://fatetypo.com/2017/adapta-gtk-theme)一文。\n\n项目目的\n-------------------\n值得注意的是，**「Linux」「Open Source」「Free Software」**等概念在早期就有所不同，时至今时更加混淆。本项目所收录并讨论的，是有**开源的授权协议**的字体；倘若一款字体可以免费获取，但是闭源，则不再收录之列，这也是出于其中大多数授权情况不明、字符集的支持有限等问题，不过这类字体中不乏高质量的，可自行查找。\n\n如此做法是基于现实意义的考量，之所以关注开源字体，最重要的原因是中国的相关法律法规不健全，字体厂商对于字体销售、购买、使用、分发等定义模糊，不论任何环节的字体使用者，都面临法务纠纷的风险。在此环境下，不妨使用「无害」的**开源字体**。\n\n汉字是拥有庞大数量表意文字，设计难度为加上数字符号等仅千余字符的西文所不能及，故即使是市面上的商业字体，也逃不开不断复刻数十年前乃至百年前字稿。但也无可厚非，一是不乏高质量的前人字稿，二是自铅活字时代流传下的审美习惯难以撼动，再有虽是复刻，质量也确实在不断提升。从这一点出发，大可不必担心没有足够资本和人力驱动的开源字体的质量，因为它们一样是基于「公有领域」的字形原稿，遵循一定的设计理念；而在实际设计环节中，字体排印和对字体的微调是不可或缺的，对特例中的文字可再适当调整。\n\n诸如Arch Linux和Ubuntu这类有广泛社区支持的Linux发行版，其Wiki中已有对开源字体的收录，但没有着重于中文字体，且仅是收录，并未考虑实际使用，也不会从字形设计等角度予以探讨。本项目的初衷即为弥补这一缺陷。\n\n另外，有部分开源项目或出于美观，或不了解字体版权，采用了商用字体，这或许会带来不必要的麻烦。本项目也希望能以提供广泛的开源字体选择的方式避免这一问题。\n\n本集以中文字体为主要收录对象，但不可否认的是针对**日本、韩国、越南**等使用汉字的国家或地区设计开发的字体，在**中文语境下的字体排印**中具有重要意义，故一并收入。虽然某些情况下可利用这种差异感表现地域风格，但还是应该注意使用符合其他地区字形规范的字体时的环境。\n\n项目内容\n-------------------\n\n * 持续收集中文开源字体，收入中文开源字体集（下方表格）\n\n * 对部分中文字体的资料整理总结\n\n\n如果你是中文开源字体项目的开发者、参与者，或者关注和使用中文开源字体，对本项目有任何建设性意见，或发现集合中存在错误内容，或发现了中文开源字体，可提交issues或Pull requests，也可在[网站](https://fatetypo.com/osfcc)下方评论，或加入[Telegram群组](https://t.me/fatetypo)参与讨论。\n \n\n\u003e * 字体系列：指通常包含多个不同样式、字重、语言的字体或字体家族的字体项目组合。\n\u003e * 开发者：包括个人开发者、社区、团队、商业公司等。 \n\u003e * 字体：指单个字体，这里合并了将字重、语言等分别发布的字体，但为方便查阅与使用，保留不同风格的分类。 \n\u003e * 样式：这里包括黑体、宋体、楷体、仿宋四种常见印刷样式，以及源自日本的圆体，其他归入艺术类。此一样式分类法仅适用本项目，目前未有通行且明确的中文字体样式分类。注意，有的字体西文部分样式不与中文对应。 \n\u003e * 字重数：粗细程度是字体重要的属性，字重数反映了字体开发者基于了使用者多大的排印空间，即利用可能。多数字体仅支持 Regular 或 Medium，或因西文字体家族的概念未深入人心，但随着字体软件对开发环节的简化，以及对 OpenType 支持的不断提升，相信未来会有所改观。 \n\u003e * 授权协议：「开源」不等于「免费」的重要区别之一即授权协议。虽然开源协议不具有极强的法律效力，但这保护了开源项目维护者的权益，也有益于开源精神的传递。 \n\u003e * 简/繁/日/韩：即可基本满足该种语言文本的排印需求。虽然本集为中文字体，但在日常环境下，常涉及对不同地区语言文字的处理。故收录仅支持日文的开源字体，是因为在平面设计等环境下的字体排印与设计亦有使用日本字形之需求的可能性。另身处东亚文化圈，对日文与韩文中特有的表意文字亦有处理需求。需要注意的是，这里指该字体支持此语言下排印一般所需字符，个别字体或另支持特殊字符，且字形设计或不采用区域标准，请详阅各字体项目对自身遵循理念的表述再酌情使用。\n\n\n|
