The people of HHS are essential to its vision of making data meaningfully usable and actively used across the Department. Fellowships and internships provide a unique opportunity to learn about government work and to contribute to HHS’ mission of enhancing the health and well-being of all Americans.\n\nThe inventory includes both federal-wide programs, and programs specifically for HHS or subcomponents. Some programs are specifically focused on data science or technology, while others are broader but provide an opportunity to incorporate data-driven work.\n\nMore information about each opportunity can be found by clicking on the listing in the table. The listings can be filtered by selecting the filter icon and adding a condition.\n\n## Limitations\n\nThis mock is currently run using an airtable account that is not publicly accessible. As a result, the job listings content within the table cannot be modified directly. \n\nEven though the airtable isn’t public, if you have an opportunity you’d like us to add, please file an issue https://github.com/dsacms/opportunities/issues/new on this repository following the ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md, and we’ll notify the maintainers for review.\n\nAlternatively, you can create an independent Airtable file and replace the embed link in the index.html file to make direct updates to the mock. The instructions outlined in the Airtable Demo.docx file in the repo can provide more information on this. This new airtable account will maintain all the job listings and should be regularly managed and updated to stay up to date with all job listings information. Changes made to airtable with job listings will automatically be reflected on webpage without needing to update the code.\n\n## Usage\n\nThis repository is meant to be used as a visual demo of how Airtable can be embedded into a webpage to clearly provide information. Changes can be made to the text and styling of the mock to fit client needs and provide a more accurate visual of the final product.\n\nTo make and view changes to these files, you can clone this repo to your device and push changes. \n\n## Security\n\nFor more information about our Security, Vulnerability, and Responsible\nDisclosure Policies, see [SECURITY.md](SECURITY.md).\n\n## Authors\n\nFor more information about our Authors, see https://github.com/DSACMS/opportunities/graphs/contributors\n\n## Public domain\n\nThis project is licensed within in the public domain within the United States,\nand copyright and related rights in the work worldwide are waived through the\n[CC0 1.0 Universal public domain\ndedication](https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/).\n\nAll contributions to this project will be released under the CC0 dedication. We are eagerly seeking individuals who would like to join the community and help us define and fill these roles. \n \n ## Local Development \n\u003c!--- TODO - with example below: \nThis project is monorepo with several apps. Please see the [api](./api/README.md) and [frontend](./frontend/README.md) READMEs for information on spinning up those projects locally. Also see the project [documentation](./documentation) for more info. --\u003e \n \n ## Coding Style and Linters \n\u003c!-- TODO - Add the repo's linting and code style guidelines --\u003e \n Each application has its own linting and testing guidelines. Lint and code tests are run on each commit, so linters and tests should be run locally before commiting. \n \n ## Contributing \nThank you for considering contributing to an Open Source project of the US Government! We believe government software should be made in the open and be built and licensed such that anyone can download the code, run it themselves without paying money to third parties or using proprietary software, and use it as they will.\n\nWe know that we can learn from a wide variety of communities, including those who will use or will be impacted by the tool, who are experts in technology, or who have experience with similar technologies deployed in other spaces. We are dedicated to creating forums for continuous conversation and feedback to help shape the design and development of the tool.\n\nWe also recognize capacity building as a key part of involving a diverse open source community. We are doing our best to use accessible language, provide technical and process documents, and offer support to community members with a wide variety of backgrounds and skillsets. \n \n ## Community Guidelines \nPrinciples and guidelines for participating in our open source community are can be found in [COMMUNITY_GUIDELINES.md](COMMUNITY_GUIDELINES.md). Please read them before joining or starting a conversation in this repo or one of the channels listed below. All community members and participants are expected to adhere to the community guidelines and code of conduct when participating in community spaces including: code repositories, communication channels and venues, and events. \n \n ### Open Source Policy \nWe adhere to the [CMS Open Source Policy](https://github.com/CMSGov/cms-open-source-policy).
