Now you can run `gramps-web-desktop`:\n\n## Running\n\nAt the console, enter the command:\n\n```shell\ngramps-web-desktop TREE USERNAME PASSWORD\n```\nor:\n\n```shell\ngwd TREE USERNAME PASSWORD\n```\n\nwhere:\n\n* `TREE` - the the name of the test temporary Gramps family tree name\n* `USERNAME` - this is meant to be a temporary username for this session\n* `PASSWORD` - this is meant to be a temporary password for this session\n\nExample:\n\n```shell\ngwd \"Example\" my_username _my_password\n```\n\n### Options\n\n```shell\ngramps-web-desktop\n```\n\nwill show the list of family trees.\n\nYou can also use `gwd` instead of `gramps-web-desktop`.\n\n\n## What does this do?\n\n1. Looks through your local databases for a family tree named `TREE`\n   (that you provided on the command line)\n2. Uses the mediapath (from metadata) from that family tree to find images\n3. Creates a temporary gramps-web USERNAME and PASSWORD with admin priviledges\n4. Starts the `gramps-web-api` server with frontend already in place\n5. Opens a webbrowser on appropriate address and port\n6. Login using USERNAME and PASSWORD\n7. You can create gramps-web indices inside the app.\n8. When done, you should logout to avoid confusing gramps-web on next use\n9. In terminal, press `CONTROL+C`\n10. gramps-web-desktop will delete USERNAME from the user database\n\n## FAQ\n\n1. Does this use Docker?\n   - No.\n2. Does this expose my data?\n   - This runs on a local port (5000 by default) and people on the local computer can see it\n3. Can I send email via the app?\n   - No, email services are not enabled\n4. Will I see my family tree images?\n   - Yes, if you have your mediapath set inside `gramps`\n5.
