2.0\r\n=====================================================\r\n\r\npyAnno 2.0 is a Python library for the analysis and\r\ndiagnostic testing of annotation and curation\r\nefforts. pyAnno implements statistical models for\r\ninferring from categorical data annotated by multiple\r\nannotators\r\n\r\n    * annotator accuracies and biases,\r\n    * gold standard categories of items,\r\n    * prevalence of categories in population, and\r\n    * population distribution of annotator accuracies\r\n      and biases.\r\n\r\nThe models include a generalization of Dawid and\r\nSkene's (1979) multinomial model with Dirichlet\r\npriors on prevalence and  estimator accuracy, and\r\nthe two models introduces in Rzhetsky et al.'s (2009).\r\nThe implementation allows Maximum Likelihood and\r\nMaximum A Posteriori estimation of parameters,\r\nand to draw samples from the full posterior\r\ndistribution over annotator
