Install dependencies\n\n```bash\nnpm install\n```\n\n4. Create .env file\n\n```bash\nnpm run create_env\n```\n\nThis will create a `.env` file at the project root, if one does not exists already. Before starting the application, modify the `.env` file to your desired environment variables.\n\n5. Start the development server\n\n```bash\nnpm run dev\n```\n\n## Creating a Production Build\n\nRun the following command to create a Next.js production build.
