I need to find the reverse compliment of sequences all the\ntime, and I've been getting increasingly frustrated with the lack of a simple,\nrobust tool to do that - most require strictly formatted sequences, use Java\napplets which take ages to load, and are generally faffy.\n\nIt does a couple of cool things, such as remembering your settings using HTML5\nlocal storage, and giving the option to automatically copy results to the\nclipboard in internet explorer.\n\nIt's free for anyone to use under an MIT licence, and everything is included\nin the one HTML file. You can access it directly at http://ewels.github.io/sequences/\nor download and run on your own computer or server.\n\n---\n\nWritten by Phil Ewels ([@ewels](https://github.com/ewels)).\nhttp://phil.ewels.co.uk\n\nFirst written way back in 2011, revamped in 2016.\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fewels%2Fsequences","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fewels%2Fsequences","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fewels%2Fsequences/lists"}
