Also used for the development of the library.\n\n## Running the app\n\nFirst, install the dependencies:\n\n```sh\nyarn install\n```\n\nThen run the metro bundler:\n\n```sh\nyarn start\n```\n\n### iOS\n\nInstall the pods:\n\n```sh\ncd ios/ \u0026\u0026 pod install \u0026\u0026 cd ..\n```\n\nThen run the app:\n\n```sh\nyarn ios\n```\n\n### Android\n\nRun the app:\n\n```sh\nyarn android\n```\n\n## Development\n\nTo use a local version of react-native-owl, first, navigate to the top level of the repository (one level up from the current directory) and run the following commands:\n\n```sh\n# Assuming you are inside react-native-owl - ie. ~/Projects/react-native-owl\nyarn build # or watch\n```\n\nNow, the _example_ app will be using the local version of react-native-owl.\n\n## Scripts\n\nAs seen in `package.json`.\n\n| Name                     | Description                                                                                                                             |\n| ------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |\n| `yarn owl:build:ios`     | Builds the app for iOS. A wrapper around `xcodebuild`.                                                                                  |\n| `yarn owl:test:ios`      | Runs the tests, takes a screenshot and compares the images. If passed the `--update` argument, it generates fresh baseline screenshots. |\n| `yarn owl:build:android` | Builds the app for Android. A wrapper around the `gradle` build command.                                                                |\n| `yarn owl:test:android`  | Runs the tests, takes a screenshot and compares the images.
