This project showcases the multi-talented department that is one of the important customer facing teams here at Exodus. While this tool is internal, it allows the team, as top leadership has mentioned, `to deliver value to our customers faster`.\n\nThis project creates an internal tool. A block explorer extension designed to fit the needs of a 100+ person team and reduce support latency. Search a transaction or address and the tool will match that address/TX with the correct chain out of 61 chains for searching addresses and 31 chains for searching transactions. More will/can be added.  \n\n\n![Support Explorer Icon](https://github.com/AngelLozan/Block-Explorer-Hackathon-Idea-2/blob/main/public/SearchExo.png?raw=true)\n\n## Installation\n\nRun `npm install` upon cloing to your desired local directory.\n\nBuild with `npm run build`\n\n*With the current version, please do not run an audit force fix. This demands different permissions to be set in order to comply with the CSP.*\n\n(After build) Open chrome://extensions or brave://extension and upload the unpacked extension. \n\n\n## Updating malicious address array: \n\n- Utilize this spreadsheet to pull new addresses: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1aAAPyrZgfJcWelhLr3RgGU5qS5Epwa2HhBbGNXrfh74/edit#gid=0\n  \n- Update the `checkMalicious.js` component under `src` \u003e `components` and update the dictionary found there. \n- Update the `SourceInput.js` array `maliciousArray` with the same address, without details. \n\n\n## Use Case\n\nSee this section of Coda for reference: https://coda.io/d/Customer-Support-Hackathon_deARNEw7ms9/Browser-Extension-Support-Tool_suYtf#_luH-i.\n\n\n## Features\n\n### Address \u0026 Transaction Explorer\n\nOpening the extension UI with Cmd+J (Ctrl+J on Windows), CSE's can quickly search for addresses on 61 blockchains and transactions on 31.\n\nIf a valid address/transaction has been entered, a new tab will be opened with the correct block explorer and address/transaction information.\n\n### KB Toolkit\n\nInjected into the Help Scout Docs editor sidebar, the Kb Toolkit scrapes documents for errors and provides quick eliement injection links for team members.\n\nCurrently, KB team member either need to write HTML manually or copy paste from another source, risking syntax errors and loss of valuable time on repetitve tasks.\n\nThis toolkit offers a 1-click solutions for injecting 26 of the most commonly used HTML elements, and cleaning the document of unwanted HTML code like \u0026nbsps and unused classes.\n\n### Help Scout SOS v2\n\nA new and improved version of the Help Scout SOS extension.\n\nCan be configured within the Support Explorer options page and now displays a count of pending Unassigned Inbox tickets below the extension icon.\n\n\n\n## Authors\n\n- Jamie M.\n- Scott L. \n\n## Chains and Assets Searchable:\n\nAssets searchable: All supported on Coinranking. \n\nEVM Address (DeBank) - 37 Chains\n\n\tEthereum\n\tBNB Smart Chain\n\tPolygon\n\tGnosis\n\tFantom\n\tOKC\n\tHECO\n\tAvalanche\n\tArbitrum\n\tOptimism\n\tCelo\n\tMoonriver\n\tCronos\n\tBoba\n\tMetis\n\tBTTC\n\tAurora\n\tMoonbeam\n\tsmartBCH\n\tHarmony\n\tFuse\n\tAstar\n\tPalm\n\tShiden\n\tKlaytn\n\tRSK\n\tIoTeX\n\tKCC\n\tWanchain\n\tSongbird\n\tEvmos\n\tDFK\n\tTelos\n\tSwimmer\n\tArbitrum Nova\n\tCanto\n\tDogechain\n\t\n\t\n\t\nEVM Transactions (Blockscan) - 12 chains\n\t\n\tEthereum\n\tBeacon Chain\n\tBNB Smart Chain\n\tFantom\n\tOptimism\n\tPolygon\n\tArbitrum\n\tMoonbeam\n\tMoonriver\n\tAvalanche\n\tCronos\n\tBTTC\n\t\nLayer 1 Address \u0026 Transactions (Blockchair) - 17 chains\n\t\n\tBitcoin\n\tLitecoin\n\tCardano\n\tXRP\n\tPolkadot\n\tDogecoin\n\tBitcoin Cash\n\tStellar\n\tMonero\n\tEOS\n\tKusama\n\tBitcoin SV\n\teCash\n\tZcash\n\tDash\n\tMixin\n\tGroestlcoin\n\t\n\t\n\tOther L1’s identified through regex or direct interface with blockchain:\n\t\n\tAddresses - Algo, Tezos, Solana, Tron, Hedera, Atom, BNB Beacon \n\t\n\tTransactions - Algo, Tezos, Solana, Tron, Hedera, Atom, BNB Beacon, \n\t\n\t\n\t\nRunning total:\n\t\nAddresses - \n\t\t37 @ Debank (EVMs)\n\t\t17 @ Blockchair\n\t\t7 Individual\n\t\t—---\n\t\t61\n\t\nTransactions - \n\t\t12 @ Blockscan (EVMs)\n\t\t17 @ Blockchair\n\t\t7 Individual\n\t\t—---\n\t\t36\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fexodusmovement%2Fsupport-explorer","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fexodusmovement%2Fsupport-explorer","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fexodusmovement%2Fsupport-explorer/lists"}
