Clone the repository\n\n   ```bash\n   git clone https://github.com/fairdataihub/nuxt-starter.git\n   ```\n\n2. Install the dependencies\n\n   ```bash\n   yarn install\n   ```\n\n3. Add your environment variables. An example is provided at `.env.example`\n\n   ```bash\n   cp .env.example .env\n   ```\n\n4. Start the development server\n\n   ```bash\n   yarn dev\n   ```\n\n5. Open the application in your browser\n\n   ```bash\n   open http://localhost:3000\n   ```\n\n## Development\n\n### Database\n\nThe application uses a PostgreSQL database for storing data. You can use Docker to run these services locally.\n\n```bash\ndocker-compose -f ./dev-docker-compose.yaml up\ndocker-compose -f ./dev-docker-compose.yaml up -d # if you want the db to run in the background\n```\n\nClose the database with:\n\n```bash\ndocker-compose -f ./dev-docker-compose.yaml down\n```\n\n### Prisma\n\nThe application uses Prisma to interact with the database.\n\n### UI\n\nThe application uses [Nuxt UI](https://ui.nuxt.com) to build the UI components.
