The tool is written in Go and uses the `cobra` and `viper` packages for command-line parsing and configuration management.\n\n## Installation\n\nTo use the CLI file converter, you'll need to have Go installed on your machine. You can then install the tool using the following command:\n\n`go install github.com/Fameless4ellL/cli-file-converter`\n\n\n## Usage\n\nTo convert a file from CSV to JSON, use the `convert` command:\n\n`cli-file-converter convert -i input.csv -o output.json`\n\n\nBy default, the converter assumes that CSV files use a comma (`,`) as the delimiter.
