The site allows users to submit reports, which are then directed to NGOs and projects dedicated to reducing pollution in the seas and oceans of Brazil.\n\n## Technologies Used\n\n- `Html` - Create page structure.\n- `Css` - Apply styles to page.\n- `JavaScript` - Language used for the front.\n- `Python` - Language used for the back.\n- `Oracle DB` - Database used for sending data.\n\n## Passos para execução\n\n1. Clone the repository:\n\n```bash\ngit clone https://github.com/felipeclarindo/ocean-web.git\n```\n\n2. Enter directory:\n\n```bash\ncd ocean-web\n```\n\n3. Create the `Ambiente Virtual`:\n\n```bash\npython -m venv .venv\n```\n\n4. Enable `Virtual Environment` by running the `.bat` file in `.venv/Scripts/activate.bat`.\n\n5. Install dependencies:\n\n```bash\npip install -r requirements.txt\n```\n\n6. Run the api:\n\n```bash\npython database/app/app.py\n```\n\n7.
