Thank you for\nimproving the security of Feross's projects. We appreciate your efforts and\nresponsible disclosure and will make every effort to acknowledge your\ncontributions.\n\nReport security bugs by emailing the lead maintainer at feross@feross.org.\n\nThe lead maintainer will acknowledge your email within 48 hours, and will send a\nmore detailed response within 48 hours indicating the next steps in handling\nyour report. After the initial reply to your report, the security team will\nendeavor to keep you informed of the progress towards a fix and full\nannouncement, and may ask for additional information or guidance.\n\nReport security bugs in third-party modules to the person or team maintaining\nthe module.\n\n## Disclosure Policy\n\nWhen the security team receives a security bug report, they will assign it to a\nprimary handler. This person will coordinate the fix and release process,\ninvolving the following steps:\n\n  * Confirm the problem and determine the affected versions.\n  * Audit code to find any potential similar problems.\n  * Prepare fixes for all releases still under maintenance.
