Install Visual Studio Code.\n2. Install all of the recommended extensions.\n3. Install rust toolchain:\n\n   \u003e ```sh\n   \u003e rustup toolchain install stable\n   \u003e rustup target add wasm32-unknown-unknown --toolchain stable\n   \u003e rustup component add llvm-tools-preview --toolchain stable\n   \u003e ```\n\n4.
