(Tested on 3.12)\n\n### Installation\n\n1. Create a virtual environment  \n   `python -m venv .venv`\n2. Activate the virtual environment  \n   `source .venv/bin/activate`\n3. Install dependencies  \n   `pip install -r requirements.txt`\n\n### Usage\n\n1. Run the parser  \n   `python main.py`\n2.
