A decadal trend towards later EOS persists in parallel with a trend towards increasing Anet ‐ in spite of the negative Anet‐EOS relationship at the interannual scale. \n\nThe repository is organized as follows:\n- data - includes the scripts for data cleaning and the clean data which is used in analysis.\n- analysis - includes the scripts for data analysis.\n- manuscript - includes figures and other outputs.\n- R - overall functions which are recycled.\n- src - not R specific functions.\n\nPlease cite this data and code as:\n\n\u003e Marqués et al.
