Hamilton\n\nTo build and install, cd into src and type \"make all\".\nAll scripts and executables will be placed in the directory bin\nat the same level as src. \n\nTo configure, set \"shipcode\" in bin/s2m_params.sh\nto your ship2mgd77 bin path (e.g., /usr/local/ship2mgd77/bin). Set \n\"underwaypath\" to the directory containing raw underway data\n(e.g., /data/km1609_day342). Set \"outputdatapath\" to where you\nwant archive files written (e.g., /data/archive_data).\n\nThe latest solar flux (F10.7) and geomagnetic storm (Dst) index files\n(used by mgd77magref to compute diurnal corrections) can be found in\nthe share directory.
