toot\n\nA simple command-line utility that allows you to post a \"toot\" (equivalent of a Tweet) on the Mastodon social network.\n\n## Installation\n\n    npm install -g toot\n\n## Running first time\n\nWhen you first run `toot` you will be asked some questions in order for *toot* to authenticate with your Mastodon service\n\n    \u003e toot\n    Before you start using toot, you need to authenticate with your Mastodon server.\n    ...\n\nYou will be asked for:\n\n- which instance of Mastodon are you posting to? - there are [many](https://instances.mastodon.xyz/) e.g. toot.cafe\n-
