All information you need is\nprovided in the `catalog.txt`_, which you can download by clicking\nthe link and viewing raw file or by typing the following in a terminal::\n\n wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/greenelab/cimr-d/master/catalog.txt\n\n\nCloning the full repository will not download all data stored in the\n`cimr-d` Google Cloud Storage bucket. So you may safely clone the repository to keep a\nlocal copy of the catalog::\n\n git clone git@github.com:greenelab/cimr-d.git\n\n\nFrequent pulling is recommended as cimr-d may be updated with new or\nimproved information::\n\n cd cimr-d\n git pull\n\n\nWhile data processing can be streamlined, any data used in research\nstudies should be carefully reviewed in the context of its original\npublication. To make this as convenient as possible, we provide\ndoi of each citable publication in the `catalog.txt`_, `.bib` file to be\nused in the `bibtex directory`_, and the `full reference`_.\n\n\n\n.. _catalog.txt: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/greenelab/cimr-d/master/catalog.txt\n.. _bibtex directory: https://github.com/greenelab/cimr-d/tree/master/doc/bibtex\n.. _full reference: https://github.com/greenelab/cimr-d/blob/master/doc/references.md\n\n\n\n\n=====================================\nRegarding Licence and Usage of cimr-d\n=====================================\n\nAll citations and references for data stored in cimr-d are added to\n`cimr-d references`_. Recommended acknowledgement and citation\ninformation from the original data providers are available as a\nguideline.\n\n\n\nAll data deposited here have been either\n\n* contributed by researchers who own the copyright or license to the data, or\n\n* reprocessed and deposited from a public source.\n\n\n\nWe take every caution to make sure data stored and used via cimr-d\nsuite are approved for public sharing and reuse for research\npurposes. If any data currently available here require more\nstrict licenses, different citation/acknowledgement rules,\nor any special usage guidelines, contact us and we will take\nappropriate actions.\n\nFor cimr usage independent of cimr-d, see the `cimr manual`_.\nFor any PR including new data, we strongly recommend including\nappropriate citations, metadata and other relevant information\nregarding the data to be added to `cimr citations`_.\n\n\n\n.. _cimr-d references: https://github.com/greenelab/cimr-d/blob/master/doc/references.md\n.. _cimr manual: https://cimr.readthedocs.io\n.. _cimr citations: https://github.com/greenelab/cimr/blob/master/doc/source/citations.rst\n\n\n\n=================\nContributing data\n=================\n\ncimr-d is built to be a community resource and benefits greatly\nby contributors of all levels, from research data to development.\nFor details regarding how to contribute data to cimr-d, please see\nthe `cimr-d contributions`_ doc.\n\n\nBriefly,::\n\n 1. make a GitHub account\n 2. fork this repository\n 3. clone the forked repository\n 4. copy your yaml file(s) into the \"submitted\" directory\n 5. use git commands to add, commit and push your changes to the forked repository\n\n\n.. _cimr-d contributions: https://github.com/greenelab/cimr-d/blob/master/doc/contributing.md\n\n\n\n=================\ncimr-d references\n=================\n\n\n* If you find cimr and cimr-d useful, please cite:\n\n * Park Y., Hu D. \u0026 Greene C., (2019). \"Deciphering complex trait\n genetics using a continuously integrated meta-resource, cimr-d\",\n Manuscript in Preparation\n\n * Park Y.
