This addon allows all of HTTP Toolkit's Android\nfeatures (namely, guided certificate installation and per-app tunneling) to be\nused with mitmproxy.\n\n## Usage\n\n### Installation\n\n1. Download the [HTTP Toolkit Android app](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tech.httptoolkit.android.v1)\n2. Clone this repository, or download the [addon script](./src/mitmproxy_httptoolkit_android.py)\n\n### Execution\n\n1. Launch `mitmproxy` (or `mitmdump`, `mitmweb`, etc.):  \n   `mitmproxy -s src/mitmproxy_httptoolkit_android.py`\n2. Follow the instructions in the log (type `E` in the TUI) to connect\n\n#### Note: Multiple modes\n\nIf multiple mitmproxy modes are in use, the app will be able to connect to any\n`listen_host`. It will only use the `listen_port` of the first mode for all of\nthem, however, due to limitations in its API.\n\n### Installing the system certificate (rooted devices)\n\nThis feature is not yet implemented, but can be done manually in a number of\nways.\n\n#### Method 1: Magisk\n\nInstall the CA certificate as instructed by the app. Then, install\n[this Magisk module](https://www.androidacy.com/magisk-modules-repository/#movecerts)\nand reboot.\n\n#### Method 2: Generic\n\nManually perform the [actions the HTTP Toolkit server does](https://github.com/httptoolkit/httptoolkit-server/blob/b7379efcde361e0ab55383eac73ee4cbd4379bcd/src/interceptors/android/adb-commands.ts#L273).\n\n[mitmproxy]: https://mitmproxy.org\n[HTTP Toolkit]: https://httptoolkit.com/","funding_links":[],"categories":[],"sub_categories":[],"project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fhacker1024%2Fmitmproxy_httptoolkit_android","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fhacker1024%2Fmitmproxy_httptoolkit_android","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fhacker1024%2Fmitmproxy_httptoolkit_android/lists"}
