Once done, does something to notify \nyou of completion.\n\nUsage: ./run.pl \u003ccommand\u003e \u003cargsfile\u003e \u003cnumber_of_threads\u003e\n        where \u003ccommand\u003e includes the string __ARGS__ somewhere, which \n        will be replaced by the arguments from \u003cargsfile\u003e.\n        \nTo adjust where logs will be put and what is done once a command\nfinishes, change settings in the source.
