This project is defined as a flake so you\ncan use `nix develop` to enter a shell if you have experimental features\nenabled. There is also `flake-compat` setup so a regular `nix-shell` should work\nif you don't want to use experimental features.\n\nIf you don't want to use nix you can install these dependencies by themselves.\nIt should be noted that the pre-commit-hooks are setup using nix, so if you want\nto not use nix it might be convenient to setup your own commit hooks, or you can\nrun `prettier --write \"./**/*.md\"` on your own. CI will fail if markdown files\nare not correctly formatted!\n\n- [mdbook](https://rust-lang.github.io/mdBook/cli/index.html)\n- [prettier](https://prettier.io/)\n\n### Getting Nix\n\nIf you want to install nix please follow the instructions\n[here](https://nixos.org/download.html)\n\nIf you want to enable experimental features (the `nix` command) you can find\ndocumentation about getting that setup\n[here](https://nixos.wiki/wiki/Nix_command)\n\n## Running Locally\n\nThis project is built with mdbook and they have\n[great documentation](https://rust-lang.github.io/mdBook/index.html).\n\nThe main command for development is `mdbook serve` which will run the book\nlocally on `localhost:3000`.\n\n## Contributing\n\nChapters can be edited in their corresponding markdown files (see\n[SUMMARY.md](./src/SUMMARY.md) for reference). To add a new chapter, add a link\nin SUMMARY.md and then create the corresponding markdown file. For more in depth\ninstructions on adding content to an mdbook project see the\n[official docs](https://rust-lang.github.io/mdBook/format/summary.html)\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fhaskell%2Fcabal-userguide","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fhaskell%2Fcabal-userguide","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fhaskell%2Fcabal-userguide/lists"}
