`Lock()` gira hasta adquirir con retroceso adaptativo.\r\n  - `Unlock()` libera.\r\n  - `Try()` intenta adquirir sin esperar; devuelve `true` si tiene éxito.\r\n\r\n- `type Wait`\r\n  - `Once()` realiza un paso adaptativo (CPU `Pause` o cesión cooperativa), adecuado para bucles ajustados.\r\n  - `WillYield()` indica si el próximo `Once()` cederá en lugar de pausar.\r\n  - `Reset()` limpia contadores internos.\r\n\r\n- `func Pause(cycles ...int)`\r\n  - Emite una pista específica de la arquitectura y no debe bloquear ni ceder al planificador.\r\n\r\n- `func Yield(duration ...time.Duration)`\r\n  - Cede cooperativamente.
