machine using `git clone https://github.com/Hombre2014/carepulse.git`\n- `cd carepulse` into the project directory\n- Run `npm install` to install the necessary packages\n- have a look at the `.env.example` file and create a `.env.local` file with the necessary environment variables\n- For the demo site the `NEXT_PUBLIC_ADMIN_PASSKEY=123456`\n- Run `npm run dev` to start the development
