企业网管入行说明\n\n在工作中其实并不是有了理论概念性的东西，就能一开始迅速熟练融汇在工作的业务中，而是要**结合实践，再进行反思及总结。其实原理也是为实践服务的，只是有了原理我们会更加明白自己所做的事情。**\n\n学习也是有成本的，并不是无成本投入的。从购买的书籍到实验所用的耗材，这其中内容质量有好有差的，我们很大程度上也难免会有踩坑吃教训的额外开支，这个额外开支，我们总有一些事情依旧无法避免的，只能穷尽最大可能将我们的损失 —— 也就是“智商税”、“学费”降到最低，获得最大经验。\n\n用手机查看百度经验、B站装机视频翻来覆去折腾两三天了解装机操作，再用三天时间去进阶怎么做数据备份、盘克隆、镜像封装，差不多一个星期就熟练了整个过程；打印机方面，照着说明书试着安装卸载硒鼓几次，问下客服有关硒鼓及墨粉的事项，这基本上也能熟练了。\n\n剩下的就是网络方面，自己照着百度知道往水晶头拼接网线多来几次，并用寻线仪测试下自己网线有没有做好做对，配置WiFi路由器IP相关方面查找下IP地址划分、算法就熟悉了。\n\n另外说下自动化办公也就是OA，取决于企业环境，各个企业的电脑办公流程是不一样的，在百度文库里翻翻相关的OA介绍、疑难排除，就大概知道OA是怎么回事了。桌面基础就是系统装机、打印机、桌面网络配置这三样，入职工作也就在这三样基础上加了个OA。\n\n## 入行企业网管的过往\n\n校园分支走向，尤其是职校的网络专业，大部分时间都是口头空谈网络发展历史、介绍周边相关复杂原理，而不直接说明其作用及操作，再分重点主次说明相关原理；学院一昧追求各个科目章节内容大而全，搞到最后学生也不知道自己在学什么。再者，专科与本科教材内容方面也是有不同的，就像《美丽新世界》所表述的不同种姓安排不同分工，信息管理、信息检索方面的内容教材是专科所没有的。\n\n讲师铁饭碗，完成台面上的指标，讲师纯粹在课堂上表演“实训”。学生沉浸于假期欢乐，完成听课任务以及作业，**讲师确实教不好，自己也没想办法去尝试查资料多多自学，不断进行补足与改进。**仅仅认为是这是任务，也没有走向社会的紧张感；何况学生没有真实走进企业了解企业各种类需求，盲目满足于当前讲师实训内容的所获所得，这样的[象牙塔](https://baijiahao.baidu.com/s?id=1638451785960471761\u0026wfr=spider\u0026for=pc)势必与社会不断发展的企业人才需求脱节。\n\n就业本来就是零和游戏，岗位一个萝卜一个坑。大型企业为省成本考虑招标非核心业务基层岗位，这些岗位就由外包方投标承接。可外包方也有很多，为什么选择你，而不是其他外包呢？这就要比拼资质了——证书。双方企业规模、投标价格等同或略有差异的情况下，甲方更愿意选取资质多更专业的外包商。\n\n于是学生毕业走出社会后才发现：\n\n* 入职网工、数据库运维需要硬性条件——专业资质证书\n* 大型企业要求985，211双一流\n  * 中小型企业做系统运维也需要专业对口及能力与经验\n* 经验不限的又要求应届生，应届即毕业前一年\n  * 而且经验不限也充斥着许多欺诈贷款“招转培”\n\n在学历不高又没从业经验、资质证书也没得，这样初入社会很是吃亏...于是也有很多失业的，也有无奈从事快递外送、租房管家、售货员，甚至流水线的，比如我；后来还是靠硬生生打磨了一个月左右的简历，再吹出来“在学校电脑店做过维修”，硬着头皮找到集成商的网络工程师、IT维护工程师岗位，入职慢慢熟悉后才知道自己是桌面。\n\n::: 结语\n\n我们最关键的地方在于就是在了解资讯技术支持基础之上，**从探究业务流程的视角观念做事情，把事情做好；** 而不是上级下发任务，我们简单普通的去为了完成事情，缺乏大局观意识，这样完成的效果也只是虎头蛇尾。在解决用户问题后，适当聊聊工作操作内容进行积累，再回头理解部门及公司业务架构；与此同时，在我们自身专业上也要探究师傅的知识，确切的说是与之关联的更上一层的知识，将其与公司业务体系相结合。\n\n专业方面通过不断探究进阶知识来加强自己的专业性，业务方面不断学习并向同事请教来增加自己的权重，即使在现今岗位上能被替代，也能通过跳槽到与自身专业及权重相应的岗位，逐步完成自己由边缘化桌维走向资质化运营的转型，可以了解一下这个链接：[你公司IT部门的人在干什么（信息部岗位职责）](https://zhuanlan.zhihu.com/p/122529393)。\n\n基层外包桌维通往上层的职位：\n\n*
