Download the plugin zip file\n2. Go to WordPress admin \u003e Plugins \u003e Add New\n3. Click \"Upload Plugin\" and choose the downloaded file\n4. Click \"Install Now\"\n5. Activate the plugin\n\n## Usage\n\n### For Customers\n\n1. Log in to your account on the WooCommerce store\n2. Navigate to \"My Account\" \u003e \"Support Tickets\"\n3. Click \"Submit New Ticket\" to create a support request\n4. Fill in the ticket details:\n   - Select the related product\n   - Enter subject and message\n   - Set priority (if applicable)\n5. Submit the ticket and wait for admin response\n6. Reply to admin responses as needed\n7. Preview all your current or previous tickets\n\n### For Administrators\n\n1. Access WordPress admin dashboard\n2. Go to \"Support Tickets\" in the main menu\n3. View all tickets or click on individual tickets to:\n   - Read customer messages\n   - Add replies\n   - Change ticket status\n   - Change ticket priority\n   - View customer details\n   - See related product information\n4. Settings page\n   - Tickets per page setting\n   - Enable/disable email notifications\n   - Custom admin notification email\n\n## Configuration\n\nNo additional configuration is required.
