مع الأشخاص الموثوق بهم ، \r\nالاشخاص الموثوق بهم هم  الاشخاص الذين نتفاعل معهم بشكل يومي  مثل الاصدقاء والعائلة وزملاء العمل والعاملين في مجال الصحة النفسية .\r\nالتعامل  مع الآخرين  و مراعاة مشاعرهم والاهتمام بصحتهم النفسية  هو ما يجعلنا بشر  .. لكن بالنسبة للكثير منا  من الصعب  ان نكون منفتحين حيال ذلك\r\nلاننا جميعا  لسنا معالجين نفسيين .\r\n\r\n\r\n الأشخاص الذين نتفاعل  ونتعامل معهم كل يوم
