It provides functionalities to add, edit, and delete expenses, filter expenses by date, export expenses to CSV, and visualize spending using pie charts.\n\n## Features\n\n- Add, edit, and delete expenses.\n- Filter expenses by date.\n- Export expenses to CSV format.\n- Visualize spending using pie charts.\n- Set and track budget.\n\n## Technologies Used\n\n- Python\n- Tkinter (GUI framework)\n- SQLite (Database)\n- Matplotlib (Data visualization)\n\n## Getting Started\n\n1. Install the required dependencies:\n\n   ```bash\n   pip install library\n   ```\n\n2. Run the application:\n\n   ```bash\n   python expense_tracker.py\n   ```\n\n## Usage\n\n1. Launch the application.\n2. Add expenses by entering the item name and amount, then click \"Add Expense.\"\n3. Edit or delete expenses as needed.\n4. Filter expenses by selecting a date.\n5. Export expenses to CSV using the \"Export Expenses\" button.\n6. Visualize spending by clicking \"Visualize Spending.\"\n7. Set and track your budget by entering a budget amount.\n\n## Caution\nIf the application becomes unresponsive and you cannot type into the textboxes, press the \"Random\" button to restore functionality.
