Docker execution would typically use the\n                        default (`standard`) but OpenShift execution\n                        would probably use `kubernetes`\n                        \n-   `NF_OPTIONS`        Additional options passed to the nextflow command-line.\n                        Default is an empty string (`''`)\n                        \n-   `NF_INIT_SCRIPT`    The name of a pre-nextflow script to run,\n                        default of `nextflow-init.sh`.
