The actual code\nis in a `separate repo \u003chttp://github.com/ipython/ipython\u003e`_.\n\nHow to build sphinx docs\n------------------------\n\nTo make a new build, simply go to the doc directory and type::\n\n    $ make gh-pages\n\nor equivalently::\n\n    $ make html\n    $ ./gh-pages.py\n\nThis will create a new build of the docs tagged by 'git describe'. To\nmake something tagged with 'current', simply do::\n\n    $ make gh-pages-current\n\nor equivalently::\n\n    $ ./gh-pages.py current\n\nIt may be a good idea to simply use 'current' for any builds of current\ndevelopment that haven't been tagged.\n\n\n..
