install react-native-ankidroid --save`\n\n## **RN 0.60+**\n\nThe library will be automatically linked **BUT step 4 of the manual installation is still required.**\n\n## RN \u003c 0.60\n\n### Mostly Open up `android/app/src/main/java/[...]/MainActivity.java`\n\n- Add `import com.is343.reactnativeankidroid.AnkiDroidPackage;` to the imports at the top of the file\n- Add `new AnkiDroidPackage()` to the list returned by the `getPackages()` method\n\n2. Append the following lines to `android/settings.gradle`:\n   ```\n   include ':react-native-ankidroid'\n   project(':react-native-ankidroid').projectDir = new File(rootProject.projectDir, '../node_modules/react-native-ankidroid/android')\n   ```\n3.
