[Support](#support)    \r\n\r\n# 1 Trial  \r\n\r\n[JANUCAT Data Privacy Governance Introduction (PPT)](https://www.janusec.com/download/JANUCAT_Data_Privacy_Governance.pdf)    \r\n\r\n\r\n## 1.1 System Requirements    \r\n  \r\nJANUCAT provides SaaS service, so only web browser is required (Chrome is preferred).       \r\nIf you need on-premise private deployment by yourself, please select On-Premise/Private mode when you apply for free trial, once your application is approved, the download link and user guide will be send to you by email.    \r\n\r\n## 1.2 Trial Application  \r\n\r\nFill in the form on page [Free Trial](https://www.janusec.com/free-trial){:target=\"_blank\"} .   \r\nJANUCAT will use work email suffix to identify the tenant, so personal email will not be accepted.  \r\n\r\nOnce your trial application is approved, you will received an email, which includes the login information.\r\n\r\n  \r\n# 2 Initial Configuration    \r\n  \r\n## 2.1 Login  \r\n\r\nFirst, login JANUCAT with the login information you received.   \r\n   \r\nAfter the first login, modification your password is required.  \r\n\r\nNow, you will be the administrator for your organization, and your organization will be the data controller.  \r\n   \r\n\r\n## 2.2 Organization  \r\n\r\nUnder Configuration -\u003e Organization, complete all the legal entities, business groups, and multinational management organization.  \r\n   \r\nNote:  \r\n* Organization shall be configured before this system open to other employees.   \r\n\r\n## 2.3 Data Classification  \r\n\r\nReview the data classification and data rating.   \r\n   \r\nEspecially, modify the data rating according to the internal policy of your company.  \r\n   \r\n## 2.4 Applicable Laws  \r\n\r\nEuropean GDPR and China Personal Information Protection Law are preset.
