The use cases included here are to:\n   - Perform general CRUD operations on Books and Members \n   - Issue a book to a member \n   - Issue a book return from a member \n   - Search for a book by name and author \n   - Charge a rent fee on book returns \n   - Make sure a member’s outstanding debt is not more than Rs.500\n\n3.
