More specifically, the analysis focuses on the sleep quality affecting factors and temporal patterns in the data. The dataset is a Kaggle dataset from Dana Diotte, obtained from: https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/danagerous/sleep-data?select=sleepdata_2.csv.
