App script\n\n## How to use\n1. Get the form's edit URL. The edit page should look below illustration.\n\u003e **Note that the users need the permission to edit the forms**.\n\n\u003cimg src=https://i.imgur.com/DwGdhHr.png alt=\"form edit\" width=300/\u003e\n\n2.
